KomeShop – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to KomeShop. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
- Introduction: KomeShop is a Bangladeshi online store operating on a dropshipping model. We source products directly from our suppliers after an order is placed.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to place an order.
- Products and Pricing: Product details, images, and prices are for reference only and may change without prior notice.Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We reserve the right to refuse any order due to incorrect pricing or stock issues.
- Orders and Payments: Orders can be placed via our website or official social media channels.We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within Bangladesh, and advance payment for pre‑orders or special items.COD customers must pay the delivery agent in full before opening the package.Fake orders or refusal to accept delivery may result in a permanent ban from placing future orders.
- Shipping and delivery: We deliver all over Bangladesh via reputed courier partners. Estimated delivery time: Inside Dhaka:1–5 business days, Outside Dhaka: 3–10 business days. Delivery times may vary due to product availability, weather, or courier delays.Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
- Returns and refunds: We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product, with photo/video proof. COD charges and delivery fees are non-refundable. Certain items (e.g., personal care, undergarments, hygiene products) are non-returnable.
- Warranty: KomeShop does not manufacture the products and cannot offer manufacturer warranties unless stated on the product page.
- Intellectual property: All content on the KomeShop website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, icons, product descriptions, videos, and software, is the property of KomeShop or its content suppliers and is protected by Bangladeshi copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties.You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, display, sell, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from KomeShop.Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
- Limitations of liability: Delays caused by courier services. Slight variations in product color, size, or design due to supplier differences. Any indirect or consequential damages from product use.
- Termination and cancellation: KomeShop reserves the right to cancel any order or terminate a customer’s access to our services at any time, without prior notice, if: [ 1. The customer provides false or misleading information, 2. The order is suspected to be fraudulent, 3. The customer repeatedly refuses to accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders] The customer violates these Terms and Conditions. Customers may request to cancel their order before it is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and the customer will be responsible for accepting and paying for the delivery.
- Governing law and jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.Any disputes arising from or related to the use of KomeShop’s services or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka,Bangladesh.
- Privacy policy: We value your privacy. Your personal data is collected only for order processing and is not sold or shared with third parties, except as required for delivery purposes.
